This journey will enable you to recover from your hurt, reconnect with your inner strength & rebuild the life you yearn for. The life you truly deserve.

The amazing five-day retreat, held on the stunning Island of Mallorca is not to be missed. Luxury accommodation is provided, as well as an RTT session to start the journey and a coaching session to close the experience.

You will be given 1:1 guidance and support throughout the retreat, every day packed full of treatments and experiences carefully curated to enable you to start living the life of your dreams.

Easy mornings start with yoga and a nutritious breakfast- fuelling you mind & body. Every day is a wellbeing exercise, from massages to body wraps. There is a different exploration each day, on sea, on land or on foot. You will have new experiences, step outside your comfort zone and meet new people. You may never want to go home!

Follow up sessions will be scheduled after 30 days and can be held in person or via Zoom.
