My name is Vikki & I recently hit a birthday milestone. As easy as it was to start spiralling about being over the hill, or past my best even, instead I turned my face to the sun & decided to embrace.

I decided to embrace me, with every curve I carry & wrinkle I wear and this fantastic new era I am heading in to.

Gone are the worries and fears I had as a younger woman feeling trapped in an unhappy marriage.

Instead I choose to live my new chapter of life to the fullest & I look forward to surrounding myself with a tribe of like-minded women. This is our time to shine! Come along & join the movement.

Coaching for Women

Coaching is essential for many women by women quite simply because for too long they were led to believe they couldn’t. They couldn’t have what, or be who they wanted to. We’ve spent too many years taking care of a partner, our children, a boss. As we approach this special time of our life, we need to care less about what anyone thinks, less about conforming & fitting in, and shouting “Hell Yes” to each & every exciting opportunity coming our way. Let’s choose to grow old disgracefully & together.
